Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for Athletes is our newest program, a partnership with Flow State Yoga. Yoga for Athletes offers students a chance to practice functional movement patterns, and mobility, breathwork, and mind-body awareness for better performance and longevity in combat, team or individual sports, daily living, and everything in between. In each 1 hour class you can expect a fun activating warm up workout, a balanced mobilization practice, with a deep relaxation and mindful breathing practice to close so you leave feeling better and thinking clearer than when you walked in.
